On December 8th, our company conducted a company-wide fire drill under the guidance of four members of the Prevention Division of the North Fire Department of the Nagoya City Fire Department. During the flue experience, I experienced a virtual blindness similar to when I was actually surrounded by smoke.
In addition, in fire extinguisher training, participants learned how to handle and properly use a fire extinguisher, and in lifesaving training, participants experienced cardiac massage on a training doll, simulating cardiopulmonary arrest.
All of our employees took part in the training with great enthusiasm, and the experience of this fire drill provided us with a great opportunity to learn the importance of being prepared on a daily basis and being prepared to respond to situations of shortfall.
