We have been supplying high-precision and high-durability parts to manufacturers of industrial sewing machines for more than 70 years since our establishment, and have accumulated know-how in making precision parts. We have developed unique in-house products from our motto of working together with customers to solve their problems.
Manufacture of aircraft parts
Aerospace industry demands extremely high precision both in bodies and parts. We are proud that we can utilize our technology there. In 2016, we acquired certification of aerospace and defense quality management system JIS Q 9100, which is equivallent to AS 9100 (USA) and EN 9100 (EU).
We are registered as a company based on "Special Zone to Create Asia's No.1 Aerospace Industrial Cluster" plan.

We utilize the highest level of precision technology on the micron level and state-of-the-art facility to meet the needs of our customers, from small-scale prototyping to mass production. We have an integrated production system from raw material procurement to rough forming,
machining, heat treatment, polishing, surface treatment, assembly, and inspection, which supports the high qyality of MADE IN JAPAN.
